Cothelstone Hill is a very atmospheric highpoint at the southern end of the Quantock hills, with panoramic views from the coast at Porlock in the west right round beyond Bridgwater Bay to the coast near Brean Down. There are both stone age and bronze age remains there, but it’s the sweeping views in all directions that makes it worth a visit.
